    Too short an episode. Just getting warmed up and want to hear more now, not wait another 2 weeks. Actually, Mattie, if you read this, you didn’t mention one of the most stressful chemical assaults on our bodies, namely various polutants in the air around us and water we drink. It’s not just coffee, tea, and assorted drugs. Those we can consciously regulate but people who live in densely urban areas are constantly exposed to polutants that can’t be avoided. There are also many contaminated rural areas. I hope there are many more of these chats to come.
