How to Track Your Weight-Loss Progress

Track Your Progress

What’s the most important step of all in getting fit?  

Tracking your progress.  And that means WRITING DOWN your workouts and meals so you can keep track of everything.
 

Studies have shown that people are much more likely to stay on a fitness or eating plan longer if they record everything in some kind of log.  

You might think, “I can keep track of everything in my head.  It’s the same thing.”  But it’s NOT the same thing.  The only way you can keep yourself organized and continuing to improve is if you make it a point to write down your progress.  You can actually see your numbers improve which ensures your commitment– and that you will  reach your goal.

The day you start getting lazy about logging your progress will be the day that you’ll get lazy about everything else.  And then you’ll lose site of your goal.  If you do not have a plan to succeed, then you plan to fail.

 When you WORK it out, WRITE  it out.
