How to create a weight-loss friendly Environment

Here’s a quick video on surrounding yourself in an fitness environment.

The more you create a fitness mindset, the more you will stay on track.  It really helps to place little reminders in key places to keep your fitness goals a constant priority. These notes can be about things like:

– when to go to the gym

– when and what you should eat

–  a special occasion you want to look good for

– a weight goal 

– a bathing suit you want to wear

– or even an image of what you used to look like and want to look like again

If you apply these suggestions, you will find yourself more consistent, disciplined and focused. It’s the small things that you do now that can make a big difference later.
